$10.00

Drumboxing is a rhythmic fusion of movement and percussion that stimulates the brain, energizes the body, and lifts the spirit. This class is perfect for all mobility levels and can be done with official Drumboxing drums—or simply with tapping on your body!

  • Modifications for all levels of mobility and experience

  • Tools to improve coordination, focus, and emotional regulation
